1. Discussion of the SMBA Trails Policy and Operating Plan (Led by 2019 SMBA Trails Committee)
2. Discussion of SMBA Logo and Merchandize Funding Strategy (Led by 2019 Hype Committee)
3. Open Discussions

Members will be confirmed at the start of the meeting to enable voting on the financial statements resolutions and election of the Executive.

If you are interested in joining the SMBA Executive, you will need to send an email to [email protected] by Monday June 22nd that sets out the position that you are interested in running for. An e-mail will be sent to all members on Tuesday June 23rd that sets out which of the current Directors will be running again, and for which positions as well as new members that are seeking positions. If there is more than one individual seeking a particular position, a silent ballot vote will be held.
